**Stewarding the Appointment**

Are you serving the King’s interests, or are you using His position to help yourself?

As God’s ambassadors, we represent Him wherever we go. This is a serious honor. When the Lord appoints us, He trusts us. That trust comes with real responsibility. We are not called to chase our own gain or build our own name. We are called to serve the true King.

Jesus told a story about a servant who was given five talents. He worked hard and was faithful with what he received. In the same way, we must care well for what God has placed in our hands. Some people have misused their position and suffered loss. But those who stay faithful and honest will see what they were given grow. Their service brings glory to Christ and deep joy to their hearts.

Take a moment to pray and ask yourself: Am I serving for His glory? Am I being faithful with what Jesus entrusted to me? If He looked at my life today, would He see growth or loss?
