Your word, O Lord, is upright, and all Your work
is done in faithfulness.

The Works of God
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness will be like the stars for ever and ever. (Daniel 12:2–3)
An hour is coming when all who are in the graves will hear Your voice, O Son of Man, and will come out—those who have done good will rise to a resurrection of life, and those who have done evil will rise to a resurrection of judgment. (John 5:28–29)
Take a moment to consider the greatness of God’s wonderful works.
My Relationship to God
I will praise You, O Lord my God, with all my heart,
and I will glorify Your name forever.
For great is Your love toward me;
You have delivered my soul from the depths of the
grave. (Psalm 86:12–13)
I will exult in You, Lord; I will rejoice in You, O God of my salvation. You, Lord God, are my strength;
You make my feet like the feet of a deer and enable me to go on the heights. (Habakkuk 3:18–19)
Pause to thank God for the relationship that you enjoy with Him in Jesus Christ.
The Character I Want to Cultivate
I will not spread false reports, nor will I help a wicked person by being a malicious witness. (Exodus 23:1)
Lying lips are hateful to You, Lord, but You delight in those who deal faithfully. (Proverbs 12:22)
Take a moment to ask the Lord for the grace to grow in godly character.
My Relationship to Others
I will not take vengeance or bear a grudge against others, but I will love my neighbor as myself. (Leviticus 19:18)
Whatever I want others to do to me, I will also do to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. (Matthew 7:12)
